Details: Scope of work comprise of construction, completion and remedying of any defects therein for the following:
South Block: 55,129 m2 of plot area inclusive of landscape area.
North Block: 30,904 m2 of plot area inclusive of reclamation and landscape areas separated by the corniche road.
The South Block has a built-up area of 287,743 m2 comprising of two towers and podium. North Block consists of beach club and associated car park. The North and South Blocks are connected by a tunnel under the corniche road
